An exchange office website is a separate product.

A site that shows rates, takes orders and tracks them is not just a tab inside the CRM.

The staff panel is where your team talks to customers: the inbox, customer records, roles and branches live there. An exchange office website faces outward: it shows customers your rates, takes orders and lets them track those orders. Visitors never enter the panel; they see your office’s own brand.

That is why the two are not sold at the same price. Buying the CRM does not include a branded exchange website; the site is quoted separately. To see an example, request a demo.

Rates can appear on the site and in the panel

The rates module in the panel comes with the Business plan and is for your team’s internal use. The rate on the website is the price visitors see. One is for staff; the other is your shopfront. Treating them as one screen means misreading the quote. The distinction is also shown on the Products page.

Accounting is the third product: receipts, payments, exchange rates and remittances. Its public demo is separate from the CRM and is reset regularly. Calling all three “the panel” leaves it unclear what was actually bought.
